Even when we got into our room, out TV screen had a welcome message specifically addressed to me by name. While it is a little thing, it certain made me feel welcome. "Nice enough hotel, staff was friendly. Lacks sufficient parking when it’s busy. My biggest issue was of our 3 nights at the hotel, our room was only cleaned the first night that we stayed there. We came back on days 2 & 3 to the room not being vacuumed, our beds made. None of it. We ran out of clean towels and toilet paper. We decided to leave earlier than expected and return home."

"Giving them the benefit of the doubt as much of the first floor was being renovated. In my room the bathroom sink was cracked, toilet paper holder falling off the wall, wall paper torn. Breakfast items were cold as we got there at 9 am, maybe we got there too late. I will say the 3 different front desk people throughout our stay were great! Pool was refreshing after a hot day at the air show."
