The room, however, was not the one we had booked originally, after a call to front desk, and Tommy the GM, intervention we were allocated another room. Matthew, who has recently started at the hotel, helped us with our luggage, and even arranged and brought a microwave up to our room, he was pleasant and nothing seemed too much trouble.
