"Un lugar maravilloso con una mala experiencia de checking donde nos hacen un tour por las instalaciones que eran solo para vender productos y servicios . Llegamos temprano al hotel así que esperamos varias horas por la habitación y en el tour la primera parada fue en la tienda de souvenirs , luego en el lugar donde te vendían tratamientos y masajes . Cómo 20 minutos de venta que parecía la venta agresiva de tiempo compartido . Por otro lado el lugar, las instalaciones, la cómoda y la gente de primer nivel."

Good for families & couples & singles of all ages . Wonderful."

"Caracol was rustic but magical. The staff was lovely and it’s so peaceful surrounded by water. Being able to step off my private dock and swim was a delight, and I spent lots of time in my hammock.
