"Great location but room is very basic. Phone didn’t work in room and was told it wouldn’t be fixed during our visit. We had 2 rooms, one wasn’t ready. Never called like they said they would to let us know it w ready. Seems like they have a shortage on housekeepers. Room was supposed to be cleaned daily, but only restocked towels."

"Position position position is what this hotel has. I found the historical decor a little overdone. The room was tired but clean. When we got there we tried to book a reservation for our meal that night and we were told they were full. Not helpful and really crazy if you’re a resident not being able to eat there. However a very helpful maitre d found us a table for later."

"The room and lobby was very nice. The staff were very friendly with our checkin and checkout. I would definitely recommend staying here. "

"Breakfast….eh. Staff friendly but no knowledge of ‘free shuttle’ to park. In fact, the shuttle never came. Parking was easy. Room was nice."

"The toilet ran loudly all night. There was a pocket door in our room that stuck and was difficult. The maid woke us up but knocking on our door randomly for no reason. We had paid for breakfast at the hotel and then they said it wasn't part of our package. So very upsetting stay."

"Room was clean and very spacious. Beds were comfortable and location was quiet. Plenty of food options in the area but prices are a little high but plenty of options to choose from in the area. Actually got to see some Elk in the area one evening which was a bonus. Only complaint about the room is that the bathroom was a little tight and no counter space in the bathroom. With as spacious as the room was, they could have designed the bathroom with a little more room but the overall...
