"Had a really good stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety and everything was fresh. The air conditioning worked perfectly. I was also upgraded from a king room to a king suite at no extra cost, which was a nice surprise."

"My daughter sat in a chair outside to eat breakfast. She had shorts on and when she stood up her legs were on fire. After inspecting the chair it looked like the chair was degrading and there were fiberglass particles all over it. I told the staff and asked them to remove the chair but nothing was done. My daughter was very unhappy and in a lot of pain"

"The location was great for access to Foxboro, Providence and Boston. The room was clean, staff were friendly. One of the two elevators was not operating; otherwise, everything was great."

"Expediant check in and check out. Friendly staff. Small snack corner kiosk had nothing wholesome or clean to choose from, not even water. Everything was made of sugar and/or salt. Pillows didn't have a fresh smell."

"Staff were very friendly and tried their best to help customers. The property is in much need of updating. They can start by cleaning the carpets in the halls and rooms. Power went off on my check out day, that's wnen I learned they don't have a back up generator for power outages. Never have I experienced a property of that size not having a generator. Well...maybe they did, just in need of repairs like the rest of the place. Will stay elsewhere on future trips."

"The room was clean. The hotel is located near the highway, but it was still fairly quiet at night, and I had no trouble falling asleep. Around 5:00 a.m., traffic started to increase, and the road noise became more noticeable. Unfortunately, I forgot to bring my sleep kit on this trip, including earplugs, so I wasn't able to sleep much after that. With earplugs, however, I think the noise would be quite manageable."

"I saw an adult roach in my room and another in the hall. and a small one in my bathroom. They need to spray. I was there for 16 days and never had any room service. Had to request towels and toilet paper. A pipe burst across from my room and my room was flooded. I was moved to another room after sloshing around in the inch of water to pack my things."

"Lucky enough to have stayed here for two nights for one of the World cup games, 10-15 minutes away from Stadium. Room was clean, property was clean. Staff very friendly and helpful, specially the staff in charge of Breakfast at the hotel, clean breakfast room, overall very satisfied. Would stay again."
