They also require you to submit your request no later than 2:00 pm the day before which means on the day you check in (which at the earliest is 3:00) you missed the deadline. "This was best hotel we stayed at on our 3 week road trip. Spacious room for me and my two teens who were needing space at that point. Great location neat Powells and coffee. Walkable to several other locations including Wash park. Front desk staff were nice to my teens."

"Beautifully located on the banks of the Willamette River, with a spacious lounge and dining area, and near interstate 5, this is a perfect base for a trip to Portland. We’ve stayed multiple times when visiting our kids. Nice staff. There is a nice pathway for walks along the Willamette. Parking and breakfast are not included (parking is a rather high $35 per night)."
