"Everything was ok but after checking in they asked of wanted my room clean in 2 days i said yes through the whole stay they didnt come clean once "

"Room was fine. Staff were courteous, especially in helping with the uncooperative TV! All in all our stay was fine, though basic, although the price was "basic" too! So no complaints."

"A very well located motel on the outskirts of Courtney centre. Lots of parking. Recently renovated the rooms were clean and well kept. Comfy beds, awesome shower. Very modern finish for a motel. Bonus was the free coffee machine 24hrs. Unfortunately pool was closed fue to the time of year, but there was a nice outdoor seating area, indoor bar top shuffleboard, and humongous TV in the lounge. Also they welcome dogs a d do it charge a fortune for them. The staff were so welcoming and kind."

"The rooms were very cold. It took quite a bit of time to get the heat at a decent level. Heard everything above us all night. Good place to rest your head, but bring ear plugs"

"Room was clean, as was the rest of the hotel. Pool could use a fresh coat of paint, but was heated, which is fantastic in the cold weather! Staff were super friendly! We were on the first floor, so no view, but happy with our choice regardless! "

"The staff was outstanding from checking in to holding elevator doors. Friendly and pleasant. The cafe served an outstanding breakfast again with friendly pleasant staff. Really enjoyed our stay!"

"The restaurant and bar closed at 9pm. It was march break , so, Pretty early. The hotel was packed apparently so why wouldnt you be open a little later. . This place could definitely use an upgrade . Staff was kind . Stay was underwhelming."

"The Riverside is a wonderful place to stay. The room was very clean and had a real cabin feel to it, very friendly and accommodating staff as well. "

"Great beachside location with direct access for beach combing when the tide is out. The restaurant had an oceanfront view as well. Enjoyed our time here and would recommend an ocean view room so you can soak in the view from your patio."
