"There are many advantages to stay here and only one disadvantage. First, the good. If you are driving, this hotel is perfect. The hotel is located in a gentrified suburban area of Prague. It reminded me of a very nice strip mall in the USA. The area has plenty of free parking and besides the hotel, there is an Art gallery, 2 nice steak houses, plus Italian and Indian restaurants. "No customer service. If you need anything you have to go down get it yourself that is if they have it. To get an Iron to use you need to pay cash deposit.
from the first day we arrived the bed sheets had some dirt on them I requested to change them they never did. basically you get a room but no good service no way this is a 4 star hotel."
