"This was the second time that I stayed at Hotel Galena. I was in town with my wife, we visited for Galena's Whiskey Weekend. We both really enjoyed the convenience and affordability of the hotel. "check in easy and fast, so was the check out. room was huge, clean and fun. huge shower, bathroom and sauna. hot tube was big enough for 2 people. some of the jets did not work right but it was very relaxing. the cave theme was spot on. we felt as though the only thing to make it better was pictures and a 24-hour channel of the Flintstones. "

"The pool and hot tub were very nice and very clean! Overall, the property is in fairly good condition. There are just scuff marks on the walls and spots where the woodwork has been scratched. Just needs an update but was very comfortable and cozy place to stay."

"Nice property but understaffed on holiday weekend which led to very long waits at the lounge. Also, the smoldering logs in the courtyard seemed like a cool idea but the smoke lingered and made the rooms smell and messed up our sinuses. Needs a deep clean. But overall a good experience "
