The hot tub at the room doesn't work and I wasn't told about it. One of the reasons that I took that room is because we're looking for a room with Jacuzzi. That's why we're very disappointed. If a knew that before my trip,for sure I'll be asking for a refund

Lovely stay

Beautiful mansion and our innkeeper, Kerrie, was a wonderful host. Her attention to detail ensured we had everything we needed, and her passion shined as we learned a lot about the history of the mansion and surrounding area.

Anniversary in Galena

We enjoyed our overnight for our anniversary. The staff was very professional and accommodating. We had a plumbing issue and they resolved it while we were at dinner. Breakfast was delightful. We enjoyed the Blackhawk room.

We stayed in the Etsy room. The room was nice and clean however the hot top was dirty when we filled it up. The breakfast was good both days and the gaming room was nice. Really close to Main Street.

Innkeeper Kerrie was kind and overall helpful. The building is beautiful. She has generally concerned about our ability to get to the third floor and helped us relocate to the coach house. One TV didn’t work in the space and the lighting in the coach house was pretty dim. The breakfast was good and she was willing to accommodate our special dietary needs. I do feel like some aspects of the house and yard could have been cleaner. Parking can be a challenge.

We stayed in the Lincoln room which was very nice. The Inn is walking distance from many shops and restaurants downtow. It is located on a hill and there are many stairs during the walk downtown.
