Front desk staff were all very friendly. Valet staff was not rude by any means, but they were not near as friendly as the front desk staff."

"Older building in the downtown (could use a little updating, some street noise), but the AC worked well for us. Nice and close to the Gateway Arch. Cheapest stay close to the Arch. Paying for parking is annoying, but every place in downtown St. Louis charged for parking. Good stay for the money."
