"Booked two rooms during our four nights stay in Melbourne. We were told our booking for the two rooms weren't recorded as one booking, which was weird because we booked under one booking reference. Not sure if thats a mixup from hotels.com or park hyatt. Regardless, we ended up not staying at the same floor, which is not such a big deal. "Absolutely perfect. Could not have been better for my short trip to the area. Service was exceptional. I staggered in after a 23+ hour journey and had my requested early check-in honored which made all the difference. Room was modern, clean, and well-appointed with a comfortable bed and a great view of Melbourne from the balcony. Extremely centrally located with walkability to everything in the CBD + tram lines and the central station for connecting to/from airport. Couldn't have been easier and...

"Location of the hotel was great, easy to get around. The only problem was, the hotel is next to a railway, and you could hear some train noise. The noise was there but not that bad, I could still sleep. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious.. living room is kind of small. Cleaness could be better, we found stain on one of the bed’s linen. Other than that, it was clean."
