I thought the staff was very kind. The property was centrally located and on a quiet road. There was a fridge and microwave which was nice. The facility and rooms need some serious cleaning/maintaining. My room was not very clean, especially on the floor.
Loved our room! It was huge and very clean. The jetted tub was awesome! For a one night stay, i have no complaints. Staff were lovely to communicate with. Would stay again.
The room was full of lipstic on the wall and door. The carpet was dirty it felt wet dirty and stain i didnt want to walk bear feet on it .
The staff did their minimum requirement to keep their job . Nothing else

This place is literally the worse hotel I’ve stayed at. The hallway smells horrible, like wet mildew carpet. Not once did housekeeping come clean the room or even restock towels and toilet paper. Then even though I paid full price through Expedia I was being charged for the last night I stayed there and they kept my $50 deposit. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
i was put in a room that had a broken toilet and fridge. oh and cable box. asked to move on the first night and almost every night. they never switched me until i REBOOKED my reservation. still had to pay a new deposit. i’ve only had 1 refunded.
the staff made me and my travel buddy clean the 1st room of risk getting charged &250 and kicked out.
The AC in the room was broken there was no remote to the TV I brought it to their attentions and they took 2 days to resolve it.... Most likely management doesn't care!!!

It is a nice location near to all main entertainment and restaurants
The location was fine. What i didnt like was the room i reserved wasn't avaliable. I had to get a different room. No breakfast as advertised. I was given the run around for a refund back on the nights i didnt stay when it said fully refundable. Im owed 2 night's and my 50.00 deposit.
The toilet was backing up went to change rooms and the batteries for door to that room didn’t work n the only room available so had to stay n room with over flooded toilet. The floor stink of weed and loud music and the lost gross thing was pubic hairs in bathroom all over and on beds
This hotel is not a great place to stay. The lighting is so dark that you cant see anything. We had no fridge, no microwave and no coffee maker. When we told the person at the desk, she asked why we didnt tell them. I reaponded that every time we askes about something, the person behind the desk didn't know anything and didnt know how to adjust the price back to the booking price. It worked in a pinch but dont expect anything else besides that.
Room was filthy and had bottle caps and m&ms in the bed! Hair in the sink and tub. Carpet was filthy. Cat food in the hall way. The elevator smelled like piss! Disgusting hotel!

The staff was great. The rooms were clean. Nothing to fuss about the stay. The major gripe was that they absolutely do not accept cash. Cards only. Also, there is an additional 50-100 deposit that MUST be paid at check-in. This is separate from your booking fees. Does not matter who you are. Also, getting the deposit is hit/miss
Sooooo…. I arrive.. Booked for room 109… SURPRISE!! There is no room 109… reception had to call the owner and ask where room 109 was. Booked for room 108. Card reader didn’t work. Go get a new card. Get in room. Used toilet paper.. Bed is hard as a rock. I’m only here for the night. Can’t sleep good. Footsteps and beating on the walls.. Shower has very little pressure and the handle came off in my hand. Ready for breakfast.. white bread and butter and waffles.. juice machine is broke. Milk is hot… I got a half of a glass of frozen juice out of a pitcher.. To say I’m a little upset is probably an understatement… But hey what do you expect?? 53$ a night for a place to lay my head? Nothing less..
Not good at all, the room had a very bad smell and it was a sanitary wrap on the floor by the ironing board. I thank God it was just was for over night. And I’m still waiting for my deposit refund!!!
First off it’s horrible pulling up the curb appeal is terrible. Walking in has an oder of some sort. The front desk her name is Winter is very rude. They require a $50 refundable deposit and a week later I still have not received my deposit back. This place is a SCAM DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!
SCAMMERS FAIR WARNING
I've been using this hotel for a number of years for my annual bayou fishing trips. The place has sunk to definite lows. First of all I took an earlier flight and arrived 6 hours before the 14:00 check in time. The hotel was not full and my room was empty, "cleaned", and ready for occupancy. However the manager would not allow me to check in unless I paid a full day extra charge. I asked for an additional hour late check out and the owner was called but he refused unless I paid an extra fee, even though I had already paid entire extra day to check in early. I was not the only one to have a charging dispute. A group of construction workers who had been in the hotel for 4 weeks also got ripped off for extra charges. They argued for over an hour over the additional charges but the hotel owner would not back down. Also my room had a funky smell and the carpet was sticky in spots and soggy in others. This place has become a rip off and should be avoided at all costs. It never used to be this way.
The front desk staff gave someone a key to my room because they said they knew me at 3:30am. I woke up to a stranger opening my door and screaming in my room. Luckily they left and shut the door once I woke up and screamed for them to get out. Turns out they were a drunk person looking for their friend but WHY would the desk give out a key just based on their word. I am traumatized!!!!
