"Incredible property with one of the best hotel staffs we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They went above and beyond to make our stay special. Fabulous location, afternoon tea was wonderful and the Gordon Ramsey restaurants did not disappoint. Again, the hotel staff were the heroes of our stay! We will most definitely be back! Worth every penny!"

"The hotel is well situated and really nice inside. Staff were very helpful after we requested for a cot and was done immediately. However, as we were with our 9 months old we found it a bit difficult to warm up his food as there were no microwave and one staff even told us that outside food was not allowed. It’s not like a 9 months old will be able to have a steak obviously needs baby food and need to be warmed up. But we did receive help at the end. It was just this bit that has put us off."
