"Decided to have a staycation in the city to avoid flying for Spring Break with my teenage daughter. The stay was meh and the room was not as expected. The employee at the front desk made me feel like a second class citizen for booking with Expedia. For the price that I paid, felt it should’ve been a different experience. The “city view” was literally looking at the buildings next door. I found out at checkout that the complimentary parking was not complimentary. Overall, it’s a great location...

""Party in the lobby" themed hotel. Since I was traveling on business, it wasn't what I was looking for.. I mean really does anyone want to play foosball in the lobby of a hotel? The rooms are small but well designed for one person on business travel - huge windows that look right out onto the busy streets below. Overall good value and perfect for my needs that night."

"Hotel is in a good central location near many of the main attractions. Room was spacious and clean. Nice bar downstairs, there is also a rooftop bar, but that is only open in after Easter in summer. Buffet breakfast is included and that makes it very good value. Hotel also has a gym/ Not too many amenities in the room though. "

"Not really family friendly because To many young & party people. Location is close to nightlife area, better to get something close to magnificent mile, Parking garage always full & to tight. Rooms are kind of small & feel outdated."
