"The suite we booked was outstanding… spacious, pristine, calming and comfortable. We had a difficult time leaving it! It had numerous full length windows overlooking the river, which provided a tranquil view of the water and passing boats. We were on the main floor, off of the Library, where every evening, port was set out for the guests, as were fruit and fruit-infused water each morning. "Great place to stay on a short visit to Berlin. Perfect location next to Potsdamer Platz. Large, clean rooms, great shower and comfortable. Staff were friendly and attentive. Great pool and a basic gym. Fully recommend "

"The room was great, th we staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is really close to Central Station, which makes it really easy to jump on trains and go anywhere you need to go. There’s lots of shops and stores at the hotel that you can shop at there are medical stores and grocery stores nearby and walking distance the only thing that I would suggest was the pillows on the bed was very soft and the bed was very hard.. but I would definitely stay there again. It’s a great place."

"Great hotel in perfect location. A lot of sites within walking distance and otherwise U2 station is next door to go to Alexanderplatz or Charlottenburg castle. It’s a 5 minute walk to the Theatre am Potsdam with the new Cirque du Soleil show. Room spacious and staff very friendly. "

"Tuvimos un inconveniente por el desayuno. Al llegar realizamos el check in a eso de las 3am y nos indicaron que no tenías desayuno incluido que si queríamos incluirlo. Pues le indicamos que si. Al otro día nos percatamos que no tendríamos tiempo de poder ir a desuyunar el último día. Por lo que norificamos que no vamos a desayunar ese día. Si respuesta fue que no podían devolvernos el dinero que nos darían el desayuno to-go. Pues al no lograr cancelarlo, lo cual es ilógico, aceptamos. De más...

"Had a really comfortable stay, Johnathan on the front desk was very welcoming. Accommodation was so spacious and bed was really really comfy. Shower was excellent too. So close to many historic sites, and found a couple of decent restaurants nearby. Overall would definitely stay again if I come back to Berlin."
