"The grounds and pool area was very well kept. Breakfast was ok but could be better. The couch in the room had a lot of stains on ot, not cery inviting. The room did not have a pen and pad for notes, the tvs have been changed out and were not hooked up to the internet. You have log onto your own smart phone to the hotel wi-fi in order to axess steaming devices or access the Direct TV. It is a lot of steps wity no directions in the room or passcode. We had to ask for help the day of check in and then again the next day. Guests should be able to turn on the tv and the provided cable service is accessable right away. But, the eveining and morning front desk associates were amazing and helped us out with the process. A big thank you to them! "

"Having stayed at this Crystal Inn over the past weekend, I would definitely recommend it to others. The staff was very cordial and accommodating (Offering free waters) and the room/bathroom was clean, sleek, and very comfortable. I’ll definitely be back in the future. "
