"If you want to be treated like royalty, this is the place. It’s beautiful & the staff is amazing. And by staff, I mean every single employee is so nice, courteous & asks if they can get you anything. Every time you leave the building & return, they say “welcome back.” So many personal touches…from a coffee bar on each floor to refreshing watermelon or pineapple water & apple caramel cookies in lobby. Different flavors daily. You’ll be surprised by how they will pamper you with a charcuterie plate, or a bottle of wine. And if that wasn’t enough they return with beverages & chocolates. I can’t say enough good things about The ZaZa. Go for yourself & take in this unique experience. "

"This was our first time staying at Kozy Houston and we had a great experience. The property was well kept and was located in a safe area. The rooms were clean and the beds were super comfy! The staff was very kind and helpful. Will definitely be back if our work travels take us back to the Houston Area!"
