Hotel was clean and smelled good. Elevator wasn’t working so we had to walk up to the third floor with our kids and all our stuff. Other than that everything was good. Not much room in the dining area for breakfast but food was good.

Nice hotel, nice staff, biggest problem is they control the AC from the office. I work outside all day to come to the room to find it sitting at 75 degrees while it’s set at 68. Isn’t a huge deal but kind of sucks when you been outside all day and now you have to wait for your room to cool down so that you can cool down.

Nice hotel with a well decorated lobby. Looks like it was remodeled recently. Rooms are spacious with plenty of seating unlike other hotels that provide one desk chair in a room for four.

Everything was great, the room was spacious and very clean. Comfortable bed. Staff cleaned my room. Only problem our toilet got stopped up but the staff was nice and gave me a plunger I greatly appreciate it. Need more items to choose for breakfast it was ok could be better. Overall had a great stay will return.

Everything was pretty great. The only downside was the room I was in smelled like dog pee. It wasn't super strong, but having four dogs of my own at home, I know the smell pretty well. But all of the people were super nice, the bed was super comfortable, And the shower was clean with pretty decent water pressure.

WE WILL FIRST START BY STATING THAT THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY BUT VERY LAYED BACK. THEY ALLOWED CHILDREN TO ROAM THE HALLS UNSUPERVISED, CHILDREN USING THE BATHROOM IN THE SWIMMING POOL, AND ALLOWING CHILDREN TO BE UNSUPERVISED IN THE FITNESS AREA. AMENITYS WERE UNAVAILABLE TO OTHER GUEST.

The room didn’t get cool enough. When we checked in- it was set at 75 and i don’t think it ever got under 70 in there and we set it as low as it would go 66 and we were there 2 nights. Also; the hot tub didn’t work- they are waiting on a heating element. Staff was very nice, very clean, very nice rooms. Didn’t complain about the ac- cause with 6 kids i don’t want to repack and unpack again
