We Apologize for any inconvenience that occurred during your stay, But we actually are not pet friendly, it is written on our website as well, I am not sure which person from customer service department said we do but We do not, this Econolodge is 100% non Pet friendly and non smoking. The reason for a Cash Deposit it is because it is easy for us to refund it back to our guest because its cash, if we take deposit on a credit card or debit then refund may take 7-10 Business Days to receive.
