Great place
I am all about reading reviews and let me say I’m glad people have reviewed this place. Beds were comfy, and the room while minimal was extremely clean and smelled good. Water was nice and hot and good pressure. Front desk was friendly. Roku tv with live tv was great. Not overly noisy considering it is right off 249. I had nothing bad to say about this place. Will definitely make this my go to when in this area! Thank you for a great stay Econolodge!!!!

Would definitely book again
I lost my home in a fire and I’ve been struggling with finding a comfortable place to stay for me and my family . This place is SO clean , the beds are comfortable, and the front desk person was very nice and check in was very quick. This morning I ordered another night and the woman at the front desk was such a sweetheart . You never know what someone is going through and this place was a breath of fresh air .

I always read reviews....I got fooled.
Rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable enough. Bedding leaves something to be desired. Sheets are obviously the cheapest they could buy and one small, very thin "blanket." Bath towels are sized for Hobbits. If you're there on a Friday or Saturday and are bothered by outside noise, take ear plugs. It sits on a busy corner, and people seem to love hearing their loud car/motorcycle pipes echoing as they go under the overpass at that corner. The young lady who checked us in was quite friendly. The rest of the staff.....not so much. The breakfast selection was poor. The cereal was so old that it was all stuck together in the dispenser. My wife was unable to get enough waffle batter to even make a full waffle. They also had a few packaged off brand pastries and juice. At the price paid, I don't expect a 5 star breakfast buffet, but would it kill you to put out some fruit or maybe a boiled egg? Oh! By the way, you must eat in the designated area. No grab and go or taking it back to your room lest you be chased down and verbally berated by staff. To summarize, you get what you pay for. I thought I found a deal based on previous reviews. I will not stay there again.

Disrepair mostly, the bathroom sink water barely flowed the toilet seat was loose there was a large gap beneath the door, there was however a very large screen television and the channel selection was quite impressive.

Not Service Dog Friendly
Clerck was rude and denied me and my service dog to stay without Service Dog Certification. Which I coukd not find until I was walking out the door highly irritated. By ADA rules. No one is allowed to ask for certification. You may only ask 2 questions. 1. Is this a service dog 2. What is the service dogs task. I take it they do not allow any dogs and will break any rule or law to keep you from staying there.

I called the 1-800 # to make sure pets were allowed I was told yes, no mention of any deposit Walking my dog in the evening was chased down by the employee saying we had to pay a $35 deposit, then asked if we had cash. Seemed a little shady to be asking for cash!

We Apologize for any inconvenience that occurred during your stay, But we actually are not pet friendly, it is written on our website as well, I am not sure which person from customer service department said we do but We do not, this Econolodge is 100% non Pet friendly and non smoking. The reason for a Cash Deposit it is because it is easy for us to refund it back to our guest because its cash, if we take deposit on a credit card or debit then refund may take 7-10 Business Days to receive. Check in was easy and the young man at the front desk was kind and funny. The room smelled of bleach. The remote was missing the battery cover. The room was clean, but was located beside the ice machine so we heard people there several times. The air conditioner was quiet, but the sirens we heard were annoying.

Unacceptable and should never happen!
Will Not recommend this Hotel to anyone! I arrived @7pm for a 2 night stay to attend a funeral. I picked up my rental car and just as i was driving away to head to hotel I receive a phone call from the front desk explaining to me that they overbooked there hotel and were canceling my reservation! 😡😡😡 can you imagine arriving to your destination grieving the loss of your brother exhausted from a last min long flight and you get a phone call that you have no place to stay. I had to scramble to find another location ASAP which wasn’t easy at all! Never will recommend your hotel or stay at any of your locations anywhere!!!!!!!!

This property was very clean but the remote was pretty messed up and the light behind the mirror went out. Otherwise we were very happy with our stay.

Clean room Fairy quiet Problem with computer system, stating that I was a 2hr reservation!? (That's gross) I was 2 day reservations. How I found this out was a man came into my room to see if I was checked out already 😱 He was apologetic.

Do not stay here
The room was not completely clean when we checked in. The trash had not been taken out and the sink had not been wiped. We took out the trash and wiped up the sink. I reported this to the office and asked for hand towels. They apologized and the room was cleaned daily the rest of our stay. When I received my credit card statement there was an extra $200 charge. I called and was told we had taken the microwave. There was no microwave in the room when we checked in. I did not report this as I did not notice there was no microwave right away and we did not need to use a microwave during our stay. So far the hotel has not reimbursed us for the errant charge.

The only thing I didn’t like was when I got there at night around 10:30 pm, there was no parking. So I parked on the side, which looked like a parking spot just so I can get off and ask if there was additional parking. Before I could get inside to the check in desk, 2 young men come walking towards me from the side of the hotel. (Not the check in office) asking if I was staying with them, if I needed a room or if I was staying with someone already. They were not wearing a uniform or badge so I immediately thought there were just random men. I asked twice if they worked there and they didn’t answer my question. I kept answering “no” to all their questions but they never stopped waking towards me. As a woman, yes, I got completely scared and immediately walked back to my vehicle to get my husband. Husband could tell I was scared so he jumped out of my vehicle and I let him know what was going on. The young men never said they worked there nor were they wearing anything that seemed like they were working. Both were wearing basketball shorts and a tshirt. I asked them again if they were employees and finally they said yes and let us know where to park because where I had parked was a spot “only for the owners”.

For a handicap room, the shower didn't have any seating, only grab bars. Also the shower heads had very little water pressure. The overall smell of the room was musty, not pleasant at all.

The hotel room was pleasantly very clean. We arrived fairly late and only stayed one night so can't really say anything about the surrounding areas. Kudos to Ceasar who was working the front desk. He went above and beyond when he actually came outside to check on us when we were unloading and offered to carry our belongings into the room! This is not meant to be a five star hotel so there aren't many amenities per se. In the room there is a clean fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and decent size TV. The ice machine/vending area is in an enclosed area so one does not have to stand in the elements to use it. If you are just needing a decent basic hotel to lay your head for a night or two I would not hesitate staying here.
