I love that this hotel is walking distance from amazing restaurants and shopping. The hotel staff are helpful and friendly. The complementary happy hour and cook to order omelette breakfast is something to really look forward to daily. Great price point compared to other hotels in the area and after a long day in the town you can come back and relax in the pool or soak in a hot bubbly Jacuzzi.

The property is older and under some renovations on the top two floors: however, the remaining suites need upgrades as well. Although the hotel is quiet, which is a great plus, it's hard to not reflect on the age and stage of the suites. The furniture is dark, soiled, and well used. The carpets need to be replaced, and the breakfast could use some changes. Also, there is a daily parking charge of $25 plus tax, but that is not on the website. As far as location, it is 0.4 miles from the Galleria, which is a beautiful mall. It is definitely walkable to that as well as a few restaurants nearby.

The stay was a solid good/great stay because the AC was cold, the set up and location of the building is convenient, the am breakfast was delicious. Some downsides were that the building was under renovation made a lot of noise, the elevator was extremely slow and didn’t have enough towels for 2 adults and 2 kids and I had to request blankets for the sofa bed. Also why do I need to pay for parking! That’s an added expense.

The hotel was nice. The only issue I had was with the elevators. I’m very claustrophobic and one elevator was having problems. Beside that front desk staff was pleasant, efficient, and accommodating.
