Property was clean but very dated. Staff were friendly but not overly helpful. Morning coffee and snacks were limited. Cookware and plates were not readily made available. Great location for Texans games if thats why you're going, otherwise, better options are nearby.

The location close to the Houston stadium, plenty of restaurants and a large foodstore was great . The room and beds very clean. A large refrigerator was useful too. However the rest of the kitchen was empty. Really the only downpoint. They are in the progress of renovating .

Budget hotel. They didn’t clean our room once during our 4 night stay. Pull out had stains everywhere and they didn’t have any additional blankets or pillows. The washroom door didn’t lock and property has basic updates. Weird smells everywhere. But it was a good price for World Cup and 7 mins from stadium.

I did not get the two bed room that I had paid for Instead I was given a handicap room with one queen size bed mind you that this reservation was made five days in advance not a last minute reservation. We were there three nights and never saw housekeeping. Whenever someone above us used their shower or flushed the toilet the water noise sounded like it was coming through the walls. The location is good if you are going to MD Anderson or other medical hospitals in the area. I guess for the price this what you can expect. A alright stay, but not a great stay.

Reasons are multiple with a few that I can share here: 1. Not a single kitchen utensil/utilities were found, made available a few upon asking at the front desk, with a promise of a full kitchen. 2. Spiky (poking spring) mattress with not a single blanket in two beds. 3. Booked for 2 Queen beds, however got 2 Full Beds. 4. One of the drawer from the Chester was missing. 5. Extremely weak internet connection, getting disconnected frequently, prompted me to call their Tech Services multiple times everyday. 6. Upon asking at the front desk for the Manager to talk to, I was told I couldn't talk until next day morning, which gave me a perception that staff didn't know the obligations with missing etiquette of respecting their hotel guests. My overall perception in a simple term is that I felt like asking for a shelter for free. There was no room service even for a single day of my entire week stay. Checked out couple of days earlier than scheduled booking with no refund.
