"Staff was very helpful"

"The staff was very helpful when checking in and out. The breakfast was quite good with fresh fruit each day of my stay. The shower was had mold on the floor near the shower door which i cleaned myself. Tv channel selection was quite good."

"The lobby was beautiful and very well maintained, but unfortunately the actual room did not match the price point. For nearly $200 a night, the room felt underwhelming and unfinished. It smelled strongly of fresh paint, and early in the morning there were workers banging on the walls, which made it difficult to rest. The bed was by far the biggest disappointment. The mattress had no support whatsoever and sagged badly in the middle. I woke up with significant back pain and did not sleep...

"Beautiful hotel and good service"

"For a newer property I was disappointed. The bathroom fans was never installed. The bathtub did not drain until a worker arrived to remove the clogged drain. He should have checked the sink too because it hardly drained. The building itself lost power for several hours so our dark room had no air conditioning for that time. Not one employee offered an apology, sad."

"We travel a lot and this was really bad stay for us. Bed very uncomfortable, hurt all night, could not sleep. Also very noisy from all around room, you can hear people talking, coughing, snoring, slamming doors and kids crying. We did not sleep at all. Breakfast was very poor selection. Definitely do not recommend and will not stay again."
