"The room was very clean, however getting to it - the hallway floors were terrible - they smelled old and stale - maybe they are in the process of updating them. Front desk staff nice, but can’t go beyond their set job. When I booked, in the comments section, I especially requested a room near the elevator, and that I need to add my AARP membership for the discount, because I couldn’t add it when I booked.
