"I came to Houston very last min due to a family emergency and needed a place to stay close to the hospital I was visiting. I booked online so I hadn’t seen actual location. Indeed it was very close, so I that was a plus. However, I was totally disappointed. The motel is right off the freeway so it’s very loud and you can hear the cars zooming by in the room. "A quien pueda interesarle Refente a la Habitacion tenia un olor muy mal a humedad la limpieza mejor lo hago yo en mi casa lo unico bien echo fueron las camas de ahi afuera lo demas sucio se entiende que el precio esta muy bien (Economico) pero como es posible que le tengan un sueldo a personas que realicen limpieza y no hagan nada de eso como se debe. Otra cosa reporte dos veces que no tenia agua CALIENTE en la habitacion la excusa fue que no tenia ningun personal de mantenimiento al momento… OK...

"Place reeked in lobby & hallways, fortunately either it wasn’t as bad in the room or I’d already gone nose-blind. Poor towels. Clerk complicated things explaining the $50 deposit for room damage multiple times + needing my card at checkout to supposedly return the deposit. No such thing as ‘just leave your key at the front desk’ and head to the airport at 5:00a. I was in the parking lot leaving when she was hollering at me from the hotel’s side door needing me to come back inside with my cc....
