I am writing to formally express my disappointment with my recent stay at Hotel ZaZa. Based on the hotel’s reputation and pricing, I expected a high level of service and amenities. Unfortunately, my experience fell far below those expectations.
First, the property itself appears dated and poorly maintained. The rooms and common areas feel old and in need of renovation, which does not align with the image or standards the hotel promotes.
More concerning was the poor level of customer service. Interactions with staff were unhelpful and lacked professionalism, making it difficult to address concerns or receive assistance during my stay.
Additionally, several of the hotel’s advertised amenities were not even open. These amenities were a major factor in choosing this hotel, and their unavailability was not clearly communicated in advance. Paying premium rates for services that are inaccessible is unacceptable.
Overall, this stay did not justify the cost, nor did it reflect the quality one would expect from Hotel ZaZa. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues promptly. I would appreciate a response outlining how this matter will be resolved.
