It was comfortable aside from a semi truck in the lot that was running for hours and could be heard from inside the room, but i imagine that's not always controllable.

The staff were awesome. Super friendly and helpful. The room for some reason was unusually humid even with the AC going. The floor had a slight dampness that never went away. Everything else was great.

Worth checking into

One of the better hotels in Houston comparing to same class and nightly rates. Every thing works, fairly clean, has ironing board missing the iron. Nice check in experiencw, amd most importantly, they didn't punish me for using the external booking system, like others do (give me a room w missing tv, blown fuses/oitlets to the tv, lights, etc....

Reserved room. Checkin was slow but got situated went to room and there was a man already in there!! Then went back to the front had 2 people in front of mw waited over an hour it was horrible.

Toilet seat had to.be reattached as it was undone completely. Door locked me out before 10am and things still in room as i was moving them back out to the car. Very inconvenient. Area is quite sketchy, hence the bullet proof glass the reception is behind.

Not a bad value, but renew at the front desk!!

I had initially booked my stay Friday-Sunday via Hotels.com. I found myself needing an extra day, so I booked an extra day via the Hotels.com app for the best rate. I went to the front desk to advise them of the change and I was charged $20 to remain in the room after 11 am, even though I had already paid for an additional day. The alternative was to check out at 11 am and check back in at 3 pm. If I had extended my stay at the front desk for a higher rate, I could've avoided the $20 fee. Other than that pricey inconvenience, the stay was okay. The room was clean and comfortable.

No pool

Cheap hotel, stay here often. Not the safest area or safe outside but haven’t had many problem here, stays pretty quiet. Pool use to be nice but now it’s concreted in with cement.
