"It’s a nice hotel unfortunate that the Omni has no free coffee station, especially on the weekend. I had to wait at least 15 minutes to order, pay and receive coffee. Only one bartender/barista making coffees. It’s a nice hotel but this is very inconvenient if you just want to grab a coffee. "
"Stayed for the World Baseball Classic so the location was great for getting to the stadium. The shuttle was convenient and the staff was fantastic and always helpful. Our floor was under renovations which was a bit annoying. We had to evacuate when the fire alarms had a false alarm and it took a couple hours for them to get the alarms off. The staff handled the situation the best they could and I was very pleased with their customer service. Cleanliness was satisfactory. Overall it was a fine experience highlighted by the customer service of the staff. "
"The hotel itself is clean and homey, but there is nothing in the area to do or walk to. Staff is friendly, you get a coupon for waiving housekeeping which was good incentive. But when I texted for extra coffee it never came. Restaurant has good food but our orders were consistently wrong and the staff seemed uninterested in working. "
"The rooms smelled and looked like they were freshly painted. Very clean. We were there in early March and the pool and outdoor bar were closed due to oncoming bad weather.
Very nice lounge inside and the food served was fresh. "
