Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing booking experience. We booked through Expedia on a non-refundable basis, and only after booking did we receive an email from DanCenter saying we had to pay an additional security deposit, plus additional money for two sets of linen if we wanted bedding. These costs were not clearly disclosed before booking. The only extra charge shown in the listing was a water fee, so this felt misleading and unfair.
The check-in process was also confusing. We were told to record the water and electricity readings when we arrived and when we left, but no clear instructions were provided on how to do this properly. When I entered the readings, the system somehow said we owed thousands in water charges, which was obviously ridiculous and caused unnecessary stress.
Overall, the property may be fine, but the booking process, hidden extra costs, and confusing utility system made this a frustrating experience. I would not book again unless all fees and instructions are clearly shown upfront.
