"Other reviews had some negative remarks about it being noisy, old and such, therefore I had some reservations prior to our arrival, however, I was pleasantly surprised. The establishment is an older building and with this comes thin walls, outdated fixtures and other bits but overall it was a comfortable stay. "We stayed for 3 days after our 14-night cruise and were able to wash and dry all our clothes. The washing machine was very handy. The provided clothes hanger had seen better days but we made it work. The location was fabulous and close to heaps of restaurants and pubs. We caught the local bus to Lewes for fun and had a great day. The apartment is quiet and comfortable. We would recommend to stay here. "

"Couldn’t ask for a better location. Smack in the middle of everything in town and only a 7-8 min walk from the station. Apartment was very clean and well presented. Iron and hairdryer included. The only real downside was the thin windows in the property that didn’t block a lot of the outside noise. Some of the rowdy pub goers (of which I was one!) could be very noisy in the early hours. If you’re a heavy sleeper, you’ll be fine, but light sleepers or couples that aren’t there for heavier...
