"This is an older hotel with outdated decor but don’t let that stop you from booking, unless that sort of thing bothers you. Room was clean, grounds were nice, and the hot tub was great. The continental breakfast was very nice with a lot of options and free flowing coffee!"

"The room was nice and clean, the only reason I didnt give 5 stars was the breakfast, I spent 10 years in the military eating powdered eggs, and trust me when I say I can't stand them. And the only thing that wasn't bland was the potato wedges"

"Very clean well done cottages. We’ve stayed there 3 times. The location is very lovely. Our only minor complaint was we were asked mot particularly politely to wash the dishes and put out the trash. There were very few dishes so it was not a big deal. It just made our visit not quite as nice."

"Bed was clean, AC was comfortable, room was large. Floors and shower were not the cleanest. The workout room was lacking (one elliptical, one bike, weight machine). Indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast was basic (yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, toast, waffles, fake scrambled eggs). Good pick for the area at this rate if you just need a place to crash."

"This place is perfect for your stay in Salida, Colorado.
Clean, courteous, and centrally located.
We were just passing through and stayed in The Francis Airstream. Slept 3 comfortably.
Highly recommend and we will be back"

"The air conditioner was rattling and very loud. There was something above the bathroom ceiling that sounded like water running that never shut off.
When we came down at 8:30 to get breakfast and checkout there was no coffee in the breakfast area or lobby and they were out of eggs and waffle batter.
The pool and hot tub were great and our room was very clean."
