"Lovely condo with a view to the woods. Spacious for 4 adults. Beds were super comfy and the floor plan was great, with the living area separating the 2 bedrooms. We took advantage of the in-unit washer and dryer. It was a hot weekend so we were very thankful for the A/C. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was the condition of the shower door, which really needs replacing and some caulking. Overall we really liked the location which made for a quieter stay. We’ll go back...

"The house was as described and pictured. It was very clean and nicely decorated and had everything needed in the bathrooms and kitchen. Also, great communication from Stacy the Reservation Manager. The only thing that could be explained clearer in the description is the fact that there is no master bathroom off the master bedroom. However, that wasn't a big issue for us. We would definitely rent this house again."

"Exactly as the photos show and the entire place was clean & it’s spacious! We enjoyed our stay here while we moved our daughter to the COS area. It was close by the USAFA and in a nice area in general. Communication with owner was swift. Would highly recommend this place to stay while in COS, it’s pretty darn near perfect! "

"The townhome was beautiful and it was walking distance to everything we needed. There was plenty of room for my family of four to spread out and have our own spaces. The only thing I would complain about is the directions to check in sent us to the wrong location. "
