I called the number provided and maintenance arrived promptly to try to fix the issue. After not being able to fix it, I was offered another room. "

"We loved our stay at The Inn of Fall River. We stayed in Bear Cabin. It was absolutely perfect. Right on the water, hot tub was clean and lovely, and the cabin was stocked with all the necessities. They even left us some coffee and coffee filters. This place is also very convenient to town and to the RMNP. I highly recommend this place! "

"The place was quiet, and peaceful. Just a couple of miles outside of town, towards the Northeast entrance of RMNP. We arrived at approximately 5:30, and although the office was closed, our key and stay-paperwork was waiting for us. Expectations may be different in the Summer season, but we loved the convenience and quiet of this place! We saw wild turkeys in the driveway, right next to our car, and elk and deer, nearby. "

"Affordable, clean older building, comfortable bed, nice breakfast. Nice clean pool. Broken hot tub was disappointing. Only complaint would be no working hot tub otherwise great. And older dated smaller tvs. This place for the price point was as good as other places I've paid almost twice as much for per night. Thumbs up. Call and ask about the hot tub in the future. Who doesn’t like a good hot tub? "

"It is a nice place to stay. The room is a good size and the larger dorm fridge and microwave are good. There is a grocery store and some restaurants within walking distance. It is very close to south entrance of Rocky Mtn. Natl. Park. Only quirk is the WiFi was rarely “connected” or working during my 4 night stay. It kept saying reset server modem. "

"In all honesty we won't be back. The checkin process was not clear. The sliding glass door entry was difficult, stuck glass door every time. The combo to access didn't work because its a lock box to access loose keys. No clue. The old bed was not comfortable. The pillows were very flat, all 4. There were many signs that the room was not cleaned or poorly cleaned. Actually found some dark hairs under the sheets. The floors were dirty too. Oh and the toilet was extremely low (I'm 5'2") Really...

"Beautiful property. Pricing is a bit high. Accommodations were excellent. I believe off season pricing should be less to encourage more people. I pretty much had the place to myself. Staff were super friendly and helpful. "
