"The beds were so soft that I fell inches in the middle of the bed, the breakfast is mediocre at best with too many carbs and inadequate protein and the front desk refused to give me receipt when I checked out. I feel the statement of running out of paper as the reason for their inability to print a receipt was not truthful. The first stay was good a couple of weeks ago but I will not stay there again"

"The rooms are dirty A/C are broken and worn down the walls and floors are stained the wallpaper they used is peeling off, plumbing in the bathroom do not work and some of the worst staff I’ve ever dealt with, please save you money and do not stay here it is not worth your hard earn money!!!"

"Room was clean, something was splattered over the tv, and the shower aluminium drain was miss aligned. Check in staff were courteous. Breakfast missing oats/porridge, there was only sugary cereals."

"The parking was great, the room was a good size and the balcony was great. We watched mule deer from the balcony and had one right out of our front door. It was a short walk down to Estes lake where we saw at least 30 elk, cows with their calves. Overall I would stay there again."

"They have a predatory no-cancellation policy and the front-desk staff was annoyed to have to talk to us. My wife and I are pretty mellow and we're polite, especially to people doing their jobs, so we almost always have a good experience. But this hotel was too much. They made us wait outside at night for 10 minutes before coming to the door, then acted like we were annoying them. I made a mistake in the booking and tried to change the date, but they have this weirdly strict policy against it....

"The whole place was filthy I actually reported this hotel to the health department and the fire, inspectors and building inspectors as well. This hotel shouldn’t even be on Expedia and the so-called manager Stephanie Johnson is the most foul person I’ve ever met."
