"The man that worked in the evening was super nice. & helpful.. the AC in room 127 did NOT work, the housekeepers gave me towels 2 put in the floor 2 soak up the water that was pouring out of it, the bed was hard as a rock. "Excellent . We checked in late last minute stay Staff very helpful. Courteous. My only complaint is I called main number for Holiday Inn and was not offered a lower rate when I asked for one.
