The staff at the counter was super friendly. However the tv at the room was not working and it took for ever for a staff to pick up the phone to request to fix the tv.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The property is very dated. The beds are hard. There is a small kitchenette but no pots/pans/cooking Utensils. Also the pool was closed with no notification on their website which was a disappointment.

It was terribly dirty. And they charge a linen fee. And you're not allowed to ask questions, or you get kicked out. The worst hotel i've ever stayed at. Was promised a refund for 2 of my 3 days. And it's been two weeks and haven't gotten nothing.

At check out the clerk was wonderful and very kind. Check in was easy after hours. The cabin was very cute but could have been cleaner. The area was quiet even on Saturday night and close to Mason and many things to do.
