Great hotel. Really nice, hope to come back again. Just 2 things need to be improved / fix: another tissue-box at the bathroom, would have been useful and the tap at the sink near the restaurant`s toilet need to be changed. It is almost touching the sink and when washing hands, can not avoid touching the sink with your hand, which is not too hygiene, since the tap is just too low... Other than that, all was perfect, it is really a nice place.

1. HOTEL POLICY ON PAYMENT A. Hotel prepaid with confirmation from credit card company. Upon check-in, hotel staff insisted on signing again for 3 nights accommodation (this is not deposit for additional expenses), citing its backdated and hotel policy. I am not allowed to check-in unless I sign. If this is the policy, hotels.com cannot deduct payment before my arrival. I made long distance call back to bank, who advice against signing. I took a copy and send to my bank to keep a record since they refused to allow me to check-in though I paid for full amount. I expect throughout investigation and feedback. Hotels.com to be held responsible as booking and payment made through your platform. B. Hotel Room * Interior of room very nicely done up, as per advertised. * Outdoor is not as per advertise - city view. We end up not stepping out, zero privacy as we face some local house and old sport court. very disappointing C. Cleanliness * We had a cockroach in our room D. House Keeping * Placed my cpap sleeping mask with mozzies repellent.

會選擇這間是因為到布吉住過這集團的酒店,華欣一樣沒讓人失望!酒店十分有特色很漂亮,而且酒店內就能通往華欣海灘十分方便,景色也很漂亮! 酒店位置也滿方便的,如果願意走路的話,其實十多分鐘就能走到Hua Hin Market Village,華欣車站和夜市我也是走過去的,路程距離也不是特別遠,很容易走! 職員態度十分親切,所有職員只要看到客人都會打招呼!餐廳職員也很好他們都會推薦食物給我! 不過酒店內可能因為都是樹木的關係,房間内其實難免也會有昆蟲,但這方面我覺得不是酒店的問題,是真的沒辦法避免啦,但如果害怕的人在房間可能要注意小心,特別是晚上時間,我原本打算到露台休息,但因為晚上特別多爬蟲,所以立刻關門不敢出去了… 整體來說十分推薦這間酒店,而且泳池的部分很特別,酒店也很漂亮整個環境都很舒適!

Uit dit geweldige hotel wil je nooit meer weg. Schitterend gebouw, prachtige tuin, zeer luxueus ingerichte kamers, goede ligging ten opzichte van diverse restaurants, malls en centrum, geweldig, gevarieerd ontbijt, maar wat absoluut de grote kracht is van dit paradijs is het meest fantastische personeel ooit. Hideo,この度はご滞在誠にありがとうございます。平素より定期的に蚊の駆除を行なっておりましたが客室にて大変不愉快な思いをさせてしまいしまい誠に申し訳ございません。ホテル内では定期的に消臭剤や消毒液と共に殺虫剤を散布しておりましたが結果的に効果が出ておりませんでした。早急に殺虫剤散布の頻度や成分を再検討し、効果を反映させて頂きます。この度はご意見を頂戴し誠にありがとうございます。

Absolutely the best. Words alone cannot describe how awesome this hotel is, you have to experience it for yourself. The location, facilities, condition, comfort, food and ambience are excellent. The crowning glory of this first class hotel is by far its amazing staff. Every member of staff we encountered without exception catered for our every need. Not alone did they surpass expectations in service but they made us feel valued and respected, qualities lacking in other establishments. This hotel should be very proud of its position as a world class establishment and we would have no hesitation in recommending it to everyone. Whether you are a couple, family with children, business or solo traveller, you will not be disappointed.

An ok hotel that doesn't quite deliver
It's a pleasant hotel, but the reception area is a bit uninviting and the whole experience doesn't quite feel like a five star hotel. It's simply too expensive when compared with the other five star hotels in the area, which are better. The room pools are very cold and the view is terrible from the balconies. Service is good in general, the ambiance is kind of uninspiring.
