The service was absolutely top-tier across the board—from housekeeping, pool staff, and restaurant teams to the doormen and security. Every single interaction felt warm, seamless, and thoughtful. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with stunning rooftop views, a relaxing pool area, and a calm, elevated atmosphere throughout. We genuinely looked forward to coming “home” to Melia each day. I got emotional at checkout—not because the vacation was ending, but because we were leaving such a special place.
