"I have been staying in this hotel for 10 plus years and i have seen it get bad to worse over time, the carpets are filthy, looks like it has never been shampooed, cleaned, they are sticky. doesnt give a feeling of CLEAN in the rooms."

"Room 414 very disappointing experience / poor cleanliness. Very disappointing stay. The room was not clean, and the bathroom was very dirty and poorly maintained.
