"Stayed there fir 4 nights last week. It was my second time staying at the hotel. Besides being a very comfortable clean hotel, the guest supervisor expert, Brody Runyon, and the bar manager, Maria, were absolutely wonderful and friendly. The area is quiet, you can walk by the brook. I absolutely recommend this hotel."
"Convenient, fun and artsy hotel with beers on tap and a pool table closeby to colleges was just what we needed for spring break. The free breakfast was appreciated, including make your own waffles, fresh blueberries, bagels and hard boiled eggs.
A very noisy neighbor kept us up most of the night. We knocked on the wall to ask her to mind her volume and then she shrieked and complained to the front desk! Thankfully a staff member came up and asked her to quiet down. If you have a similar issue, they ask that you complain to the front desk rather than knock. Understood.
One note if they renovate - they should change the bathroom doors so they fully close instead of the sliding barn doors."
"The bathroom was terrible. To take a shower was to flood the bathroom floor. We were on the 7th floor on the side with the Mass Pike and noise all night. And who knows how to raise the blinds. I looked and looked and found nothing and to believe that the blinds were to stay down is unbelievable. Over all I will never stay there again. On top of all else the staff could not give directions to the hotel and what little they told us was wrong"
