The location was good. But when I checked in, I was not given a room with a river view that I had booked and paid for. The second room they showed me, the air conditioning and phone did not work. They gave me a third room on the 9th floor which I had said I did not prefer. Breakfast only had two choices, a Vietnamese noodle and beef soup or an omlette. I chose the omlette, and i got two fried eggs which I would be ashamed to serve my own guests at home. When I pointed out that I had ordered an omlette, I was told that was an omlette. I had to show them a picture online for what an omlette looked like. This hotel claimed to be a four star hotel, but it felt more like a 2-3 star hotel.

Excellent location, attentive staff, rooftop pool and gym are great (open air, but covered from sun). Rooms were comfortable, although getting a little tired. But no issues, Beds, bathroom, etc were all very good.

Two nights at Midtown Hotel. Location is great with lots of restaurants around the hotel. The hotel is also very conveniently located and as easy walk across the river to the other side of town.

The room had a musty smell when we checked in. The bed squeaks all night long. The pictures of the pool and room looked way better then it actually was. The buffet was not well maintained. There were several half eaten items left on the table. The waitress didn’t come by to clean or remove old plates. We had to flagged them down to help clean up. They were standing around chatting instead of paying attention to guests.

Awful, awful, awful. How this is a 4*hotel is a joke. Firstly it is very dated and the facilities in poor condition. The towels were paper thin and old. The bedroom slippers were used and only got new ones after telling housekeeping twice and then management. The ac unit dripped water onto the room floor all night up to the point I had to place a towel to soak up the water. The bath was broken and badly repaired. There was no seals around the bath so whenever you showered the floor was soaked. The shower fitting had come away from the wall. The curtain rail had also come away and was in danger of falling. The skirting board had come away from the wall and could easily hurt someone. The whole place needs a complete overhaul to bring it up to a decent standard. The only good thing was the reception staff who tried to sort out as many of these problems as they could. My advice is never go to this hotel. It will ruin your holiday and experience of Hue.

The location was good as it is close to the walking street where all the bars and nightclubs are situated but the property itself is rather tired and I need of a makeover.

Klimaanlage sehr laut. Und ohne hält man es wegen der Hitze in der Nacht auch nicht aus. Zudem im Buffet überall Ameisen angetroffen. Ansonsten aber gutes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Zudem ist die Lage super.

Stunning views from the rooftop bar.

Basic hotel. Our room was old and tired but clean. The view was amazing though. The pool area is tired and abit shabby. The rooftop bar is great but the service was slow. Breakfast was good but the coffee was cold. An average hotel.

設備や部屋の広さ、立地場所などからするとコストパフォーマンスは良いと思います。スタッフの対応も気持ちが良かったです。また12階のプールからの眺めはとても良いです。日本語対応とありましたがスタッフに聴いた感じではできないようでした。（対応スタッフがたまたまいないという感じではないような・・・）また、掃除が細かいところまでいきわたっていない感じで、3日間連泊したのですが、同じゴミが連日掃除されていないままあったことが残念でした。

The roof top view at night was beautiful. I was disappointed that we did not have shower cap and slippers were dirty and it was obvious that had been used before.

Star attraction is the rooftop pool and bar

Central location and value for money

Central location with plenty of places to eat or shop around hotel. Staff spoke good English and were very helpful. Breakfast had lots of choice but could get bit cold . Used the rooftop pool and there was small gym . Room size was large . Bathroom had shower over the bath which was the only negative if you can’t climb over the side of the bath. The screen also didn’t quite reach so water went over the floor when you showered . However it wasn’t a big deal as the rooms got cleaned daily and fresh towels provided in rooms and at pool . Good value for money and recommended

This hotel is awesome! So close to lots of great bars and restaurants. The neighbourhood around is so lively and the imperial citadel is just a short walk away. We really enjoyed our stay in Hue!

If this place is a 4 star then then they bribed someone to get it. The only good things were the breakfast selection and the staff. The rooms are dirty. Maintenance is lacking. Bathtub moved. Ceiling tiles in bathroom were falling out. A squeegee was needed to keep the windows clear in the room. So damp. Rooms are extremely noisy. Even in the hallways you can hear the horns honking and the music from the bar and restaurant area. on checkout we had a the taxi cab bill to pay. it seemed high to me. i showed the email that i had showing one price and the price they acknowledged with the back and forth emails. maybe it was low maybe theirs was right but i showed the email and they agreed we paid the price. then when we were in the taxi the manager runs out and very rudely and very confrontational demands more money. Like everyone in this country they don't understand the concept of repeat business. they want to squeeze every last dime out of someone. this hotel is a dump and the only thing going for it is the staff.

ビュッフェ形式の朝食種類が多かったたまたまかもしれないが、日本語が話せる方がいて、タクシー手配から値段交渉までやってて頂けた。バスタブについてるガラス戸が硬かった。水跳ねに特に気をつけないといけなかった。
