Incredibly stylish and unique property. Ver thoughtfully designed with excellent rooms and beautiful decor. Location is good too, out the main noisy area but still easy walking everywhere. Small, only 12 rooms, staff were helpful.

Comfortable and stylish boutique hotel

A great little boutique hotel. A little out of the way of food places, but cafes galore. Friendly staff. Facilities for storing luggage if checking out but late transport, along with showering facilities to freshen up as well. Bed was luxuriously comfortable.

Great room in Hue

Had a lovely deluxe room at the back of the hotel which was spacious and quiet. Lovely comfy bed and free standing bath and separate toilet and shower. Tastefully decorated room in keep with their theme.

Well located hotel.

Nice hotel, easy walking distance to some nice resturants, the citadel and the market. Nice room, the second double bed was on a mezzanine level and you had to walk up a fairly narrow spiral staircase to access it.

The hotel exceeded our expectations with the photos very honest too! We chose the option to have a bath in the room. Everything felt decadent from the moment you walked in. We were aware there was no elevator and didn’t bother us to walk three flights of stairs to our room. The ported helped take our bags both up and down which was very helpful! The location was perfect as we walked to walking street in the evening and to the citadel in the morning with great coffee shops outside the door. It’s located down a quiet street and our room was a haven to return to. 10000% recommend!

The Best!

The rooms are very nice, near the river and the heart of Hue. The staff is so helpful especially Hang and Dat. They arranged transportation and made sure I knew where to go, and where to exchange money. I was very comfortable here!

We had a wonderful stay at the Chum Boutique hotel. The decor was elegant and unique, the room was spotless and the bed linen high quality. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and charming. The hotel is private and quiet, tucked away in a narrow street full of cafes and restaurants. We loved the salt coffee and had a wonderful breakfast nearby for VND60,000. Chum Boutique is a wonderful find in a busy city.

Humble boutique

Really cute aesthetic and fantastic location (just outside the busy part of Hue) nd surrounded by coffee options, just a couple of small issues: building is pretty echoy, the room had several cobwebs and the mattress was sucken in, but they responded promptly when I brought it to their attention. The service was excellent and very kind. So I guess a great value for the price.

Great little hotel

Lovely little hotel with nice decor and a comfy bed. Couple thing worth sharing: We chose a airy room with balcony which was at the front and therefore noisier than other rooms, had earplugs so we slept fine. It’s a quieter area but without earplugs I think I would’ve been disturbed by life on the street in the evening and early morning. The toilet is only separated from the room by a shower screen and curtain, bit odd and a privacy issue but as a couple it didn’t really bother us too much. There’s no breakfast and not much choice for a western type one in the area. Loads of coffee shops though! Would be great if there was an ‘order in’ option of fruit and croissants for people that have to head off early like us.

This is an absolutely fantastic Boutique hotel!! Beautiful room with a free standing bath which was amazing. I arrived earlier than i expected and was delighted that i was able to check in straight away. The staff are lovely. There is no breakfast here but you are surrounded by coffee shops. There is coffee and tea making facilities in the room. I would definitely stay here again.
