"Water coming down from the ceiling in our bathroom and AC didn't work. There was no fix for the AC and they offered to switch us rooms but it was already late at night. No other compensation offered but eventually agreed to have parking fee reimbursed. Not worth the $400+ CAD price. "

Los peros: hay que coger el coche para todo, el horario de la piscina (de 10 a 19), no tiene mucho sentido, los ascensores tardan un siglo en llegar, la nevera no enfría y el aparcamiento es de pago.
