Très bel immeuble de l’extérieur et emplacement idéal! Appartement en rez-de-jardin à l’arrière du bâtiment, sombre, sans vue et sans charme. Un seul ascenseur pour rejoindre le parking à l’immeuble pour toute la résidence (évidemment le Check in est à la même heure pour tous, il faut être très patient). Et à l’ancienne, un état des lieux où il faut compter fourchettes et cuillères (oui! Ça existe encore!) Parking sans lumière toute la semaine. On est repartis la veille pour éviter l’attente à l’ascenseur le samedi. Bof, bof, déçus!

False advertising

Beds were not as advertised nor sleeping arrangement. Many things were not available either such as pool and sauna. This was due to the virus as told by staff, but that was not mentioned in advertissement. In fact you continued to advertise all as if it was available. Not at all what i expected and paid for. Very dissapointed. You advertised many things that were not true.

résidence très bien placée. Appartement spacieux et fonctionnel. Piscine et bains bouillonnants au top! Seuls bémols : le code wifi à rentrer bien trop souvent. Et surtout, le passage entre le chalet B et le reste de la structure, soit en sortant dans la neige, soit en traversant les casiers à ski et très mal indiqué, penible! Toutefois très satisfaite sur l’ensemble

Mauvais service dans un bel hôtel

C'était la 3è fois que je séjournais dans cet hôtel, très bien situé en plein centre de l'Alpe d'Huez, magnifique station avec plein d'activités à faire en été. La qualité de service a vraiment chuté par rapport aux deux premières fois. On parle d'un 4 étoiles où il faut faire les lits soit même (et on nous donne pas tous les draps - 1ère nuit passée à même le matelas), le micro-ondes n'a pas marché pendant tout le séjour (1 semaine) et les relances semblaient glisser aux hôtesses de l'accueil, qui parfois disaient "j'arrive dans 10 minutes" et n'arrivaient jamais... Le jacuzzi marchait un jour sur deux...

Peaceful and Relaxing....

Peaceful, clean and just perfect for a weeks relaxation. We used the swimming pool / hot tub / steam room and sauna almost every evening which was nice and relaxing. Our apartment was peaceful and we slept well every evening. we have a massage from the spa which was fantastic and well recommend this to anyone wanted to relax. Totally ticked all our boxes. Thanks

établissement avec Spa. en coeur de station.tres pratique pour le shopping. 10mn du télécabine.sinon navette gratuite vers les départs skis. labyrinthe pour passer d un bâtiment a l autre ou pour accéder au parking ou piscine.on s y habitue vite mais au début on s y perd.demander appart avec terrasse ensoleillée.nous n avions pas le soleil de la journée sur notre terrasse en c11. équipements et services top. salle de gym bien équipée avec télé mais en sous sol .piscine y aller en heures creuses. belles prestations en global dans un domaine skiable énorme et magnifique.

Un séjour magnifique

Nous avons passé une semaine au sein de cette résidence dans un appartement spacieux, bien équipé, où l'on se sent bien, comme à la maison. Les équipements de la résidence sont très bien entretenus et très agréables (sauna, piscine, spa...). De plus l'hôtel bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal: proche des pistes, des boutiques et des restaurants. Enfin, un grand merci à tout le personnel qui sait se rendre disponible et toujours à l'écoute des clients!

Mere "skihytte" end hotel. Pænt og rent

Det svarer til, at leje en norsk skihytte. Toiletpapir skal man selv købe og der er ingen restaurant (morgenmad) på hotellet. Vi ankom 20.05, og receptionen var lukket kl. 20. (var heldige at receptionisten hørte os og lukkede os ind alligevel). Men hvis man er indstillet på at det ikke er hotel i gængs forstand,så er det en fin lille lejlighed med lille køkken og altan

Good value accomodation

CGH offers good value for money accommodation in Alpe D'Huez. Nothing fancy, just good value with a Spa centre for added value. Only downside, it's not ski in / ski out but a short walk to the pistes and it is close to a range of great restaurants and amenities.

Great Hotel and location

Really enjoyed our stay here. Great location for the bucket lift to the main uplift only a 50m walk. Right in the centre of Alpe dhuez with great access to shops, bars and restaurants. Good facilities for relaxing after a hard day and decent wifi for keeping up to date with internet access.

Lovely apartment with excellent facilities

My only complaint would be that the apartment was too hot - hence the lower 'comfort' score. There was no heating on but as a new build it is very well insulated. We visited at the very end of the summer season so more than half of the shops and restaurants were closed but we just used the apartment kitchen facilities. Some key items were missing such as a chopping board and spatula but good overall. The pool and spa facilities were excellent and spotlessly clean. As we were end of season we sometimes had the whole leisure complex to ourselves. We did not use the Spa Therapy facilities however the lady in the local bike hire shop had done so for a massage and rated it highly - she is a sports massage therapist herself so would guess that she knows what she is talking about. Plan to return to Alpe D'Huez for next ski season as the range of runs looked great.

Good chalet with nice facilities

Very good except pool was very cold and offputting, even after I complained to reception and receptionist said 'well its 28 degrees!!' and hot tubs were slightly warmer but very uncomfortable as were far too cold. Therefore myself and the three other people that I stayed with never used these facilities. Also when I went to check out they hit me with a 46 euro tax bill that was not explained to me upon booking which I think is not acceptable when I paid for everything in full upon booking. My booking also was confirmed as two twin beds which we thought would be singles but were both doubles. When we complained the receptionist said that was across the board in the chalet. This needs addressing. Overall fairly acceptable but could have been better
