"The property was beautiful and very well maintained. Unfortunately, we were not able to check in when we immediately arrived but that was understandable since we were a bit early. We left our luggage in the holding area. When we checked in we asked for it to be delivered then called down to the front desk after a half hour and were told it would be there within ten minutes. A half hour later, my husband went downstairs and found our luggage sitting outside by the valet stand. Luckily, everything appeared to be in place."

"Such a cute hotel. The vibes are amazing and set the scene for a great time. Everything from the rooftop pool, to the Little Palm, the sitting areas and the rooms and so cute and charming. The amenities available through their gear garage are such a nice add as well! I would definitely recommend and stay here again!"

"The Hotel room was clean on arrival, but our room was never serviced, being there 4 nights. One of the elevator’s did not go all the way to our floor. The pool area needed to be a little more unkept. Overall the location was pretty and close enough to get everywhere. However I thought the parking was included in our stay but it was not."
