When we checked in, there was NO ONE in the office and we were told that the door was open and our key was in the room. We went in and discovered only ONE bed. So we called the number on the office door, and were told that the room with one bed is all they had available. If we wanted to wait until someone could come from...

"The property was clean nice little town, the hotel was more a bed and breakfast. No amenities to offer , no staff on site past 7pm and no one arrives until 12pm. We were unaware and fortunate that we arrived early enough that someone was there to explain the system they use. Front door automatically locks and you need code. Same for room you need code. If no staff available you would have a hard time"

"No elevator. I walked the entire first floor twice thinking I somehow missed seeing the elevator. I finally asked the front desk where it was and was told there isn’t one. I don’t mind using the stairs but when you load the dolly cart full and push it down the hallway to use the elevator it would be helpful if the staff tells you there is t an elevator upon checking you in on the second floor. There is only one ice machine"

"The positive: we liked the location. The negatives: the room had a strongly bad odor when we arrived and never got better. The bathroom floor and toilet were dirty. There was only one bracket where there was supposed to be a towel rack. Needs a new shower head(was not really adjustable) and shower curtain. It looked like they were attempting to fix up the front entrance with gardening items, but it was junky looking."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was quite dated but clean. Refrigerator worked but it had to be held closed. There was no breakfast but the coffee in the lobby was good. There was no coffee makers in the rooms. Didn’t use the pool or hot tub. It wasn’t bad for a night or two. There were a couple restaurants right next to the motel but Iron ridge is a really small town so there isn’t much around there, including a breakfast restaurant. "The place is amazing this is the best place that I’ve ever been .The room was beautiful ,clean and spacious ,We love the hot tub and all the amenities.My family also enjoy the swimming pool clean and cool.My son enjoyed playing with the cat.The host is very friendly and nice people .Breakfast is delicious.Excellent planning to come back again next time."
