The folks who run the motel are very friendly and check-in is very quick. Nominal fee for staying with pets. The room was clean though a bit run down.

Stayed here 2 different times I booked one time for queen bed and one time for king bed room somehow ended up getting the same room both times. Another thing was the first time I stayed me and my partner went to the stores when we came back there was ants that looked like they were coming from a corner of the wall we thought this was a one time thing until it happened the second time there

This hotel met our expectations and provided what we needed for a short getaway. Quiet, located by the Eisenbahn bike trail, clean, and comfortable.

The woman who operates Bonnie Belle was exceptional. The room could've been cleaner especially the bathroom shower. Overall very nice.

Everytime I check in they change the amount. The webpage for this place doesn't say a pet fee, which they pick and choose what rate they want for each customer. I specify a room because of sleep issues and they say ok only to find out someone else has the room. I excuses for everything. Now they are expecting me to vacuum everyday because of my pet. They do a horrible job of cleaning and keeping things updated but I have to vacuum. I clean everything before I leave because respect others people property. There's no trace of my pets. One room doesn't have hot water, my refrigerator freezes my food, another one doesn't cool enough. The floor entrance doesn't get scrubbed. The driveway throws you in your car. You got to fight for a weekly deal if you're staying more than 3 weeks or a month. Need I say more.

Was a little small in the bathroom but functional thought we booked two beds and only got one not a big deal bed was a little soft for me but that is how most all hotel beds are

It is clean, convenient to Kewaskum and West Bend. Very easy to get to. No problems, bed was comfortable. Had an old style room key - reminded me of the motels we used to stay in when I was a kid. The person staffing the desk was efficient and nice as nice. It was just fine.

Didn’t get room with 2 queen beds as requested gave me king bed instead-room was not ready when I arrived at 5pm was told the room required didn’t have working heat Asked for a discount wouldn’t give one After returning to room heat did not work went back to office to complain- they brought in a small space heater to heat the room- went back to office for refund wouldn’t give one Stayed due to getting up at 3am to be by daughter to catch a flight out of Chicago Will no recommend this place to anyone
