"The mini fridge doesn’t work well, a bunch of kids were here and they are playing ding dong ditch,$20 parking PER DAY is absolutely insane because this is NOT a location where that is necessary. The door is messed up and has to be slammed just to close it all the way. The AC is the only thing that was good because it actually got cold."

"You got what you paid. There are reasons why this hotel charges the lowest in the area. Late check in at 3PM. They said free breakfast but only coffee and little muffins, no fruits or milk. Don’t expect too much with the price you paid. Honestly, the room we booked double full sized beds was OK with kitchen, but no dryer, dishes or utensils. Free parking and free internet. Check out at 11AM. The shower leaks droplets on the tub, noisy all night."

"Where to begin. We booked a 2 Queen, 1 Sofa bed room. When we first check in, we get charged a $20 per day fee for basically a tip for the workers which was not disclosed anywhere before we booked. So, after already spending a surprise $40/ 2 days, we are now checked in, and the toilet doesn’t flush in our room (no water in tank). Tell the front desk, they say someone will come tomorrow to fix it, until then we can be put in a different room (a downgrade might I add) of only 2 Queen beds and no sofa. We have 3 adults and 2 children so not only does 2 Queens not really work, the room is smaller and we’ve already got settled in our room. On top of everything, when I asked if we would at least be charged a lower room rate since we’re getting stuck with a smaller room, we were told since we booked ahead, the hotel couldn’t issue any refund which is ridiculous considering most people book ahead. The new room is smaller, with a non-functional air conditioner, a huge gap under the main door and a musty, sweaty, almost cigarette smoke smelling aroma in the room. So a MAJOR downgrade from what we paid for. So at this point we’ve decided maybe we’ll sleep in our original room and walk down the hall in the middle of the night to use the bathroom in the new room. Either way, this first evening in has been nothing but running from the fourth floor to the main lobby and back and forth to figure this out. In a word… INCONVENIENT. Doing all this with 2 young kids is unacceptable… out of room"

"They don’t clean their rooms. You can extend a stay and pay for it but they’re going to was all your stuff up and throw it all together in a basket dirty or clean. The people who answer the phone for a reservation extension don’t give you any information and don’t speak English too well."

"The room was very smelly, there was hair and dirt like it hadn't been cleaned properly, as well as half of a cockroach in the hot tub water. They also charged my card (what I thought was an incidentals charge) for a night's stay (cheaper on site than on Expedia by the way) after I already paid through Expedia. Trying to contact them over this has been a nightmare. They wont call me, nor would they talk to Expedia. It is very frustrating."
