"The description of the hotel is not truth. It is not in galleria area. The area is unsafe, people were playing music loud without any restriction from one of the room. The park area was dirty and dark, unsafe area in general. They didn’t let me cancel the reservation when I saw the condition of the hotel. Really bad answer in the front desk nothing by phone too. Expedia didn’t solve nothing about this experience and I was charged with full price. There is not respect for the customer in this...

"The motel is positioned in the market to cater for short term stays. The Airport shuttle was great. The rooms have no coffee making facility. The breakfasts are very basic, orange juice and apple juice and poor coffee with sweet bun."
