This was a beautiful boutique hotel that won my heart, not only for its beauty, but how well managed it was.
The front Desk was attended by Nina, who seemed like she was in training, but was very sweet and accommodating.
The manager named Adrien was very attentive and accommodating. He managed to resolve the issues that we had quickly and discreetly. It also helped that he is handsome and has a French accent.
I was thoroughly impressed by the service that he and all of the staff provided to my son, myself and my friend.
I believe the woman who was managing breakfast over the weekend name was Sharon or something like that, she was incredibly kind and made sure that our breakfast was enjoyable, she checked on us regularly to make sure we didn’t need anything.
I’m incredibly blown away from this hotel and plan on returning here for all my future trips to Houston. Give this hotel a try you will not be disappointed!
