"Great centrally located hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff. My only complaint is about the absent front desk female clerk. As we waited on a couch being exhausted (up 30 hrs from flying in from North America), she was to walk over and alert us when our room would be ready (they will not let you check in until 3:01 pm). She was a no show! Gone home? On a break? Having a cigarette? She just left us sitting in limbo. A new front desk clerk, a friendly gentleman checked us in at 3:30 pm, only after we went back to inquire what was going on. He checked us in effortlessly and were told that our room had been ready for some time."
